Item Approval Workflow for monday.com. Every plan has every feature — a paid plan buys unlimited approvals and more boards, nothing else.
| Plan | Approvals a month | Boards | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 25 | 1 | free |
| Team | unlimited | up to 10 | US$ 19 |
| Company | unlimited | unlimited | US$ 49 |
Prices are per monday.com account, in US dollars. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you are not charged if you cancel before it ends.
Billing, invoicing, tax and refunds are handled entirely by monday.com — you subscribe from the marketplace with the payment details already on your account. We never see or handle them.
An item, not a click. The first time an item is sent for approval in a calendar month, it counts once. After that it is free for the rest of that month, however many times it goes round: if someone edits a watched column, the approval falls, and the item is sent again, that costs nothing.
That is deliberate. Catching an edit after sign-off is the whole point of this app — charging you for it would be charging you for using the thing you bought.
On the Free plan the app tells you where you stand before you click: “Free plan · 7 of 25 approvals left this month”. The count starts again on the 1st.
On one board, 25 approvals a month, you get the whole app: the approval itself, the fingerprint of the version that was approved, the fallen approval naming the field that changed with its old and new value, the written reason on every rejection posted to the item's updates, the “waiting for me” list, the board report, the full history, and the six monday AI skills.
Nothing is held back and nothing expires. A paid plan buys volume and boards.
